My expertise lies in Pre and Post Natal Exercise & Wellbeing. As a mum myself I understand the transition into parenthood is not only physically but mentally challenging too.

Along with strength training for the body, it is equally important to support your brain health. Unplug and tune into yourself.
One of the most rewarding aspects of a good work out is the surge of happy hormones, blood pumping and the tingling muscles in your body, you feel on top of the world. I encourage clients to sit in this feeling and allow the mind to catch up.
A guided meditation and relaxation at the end of every session is a wonderful way to be grateful for what your body has achieved and to reset for the rest of your day ahead.
